Cancellation Policy: Payment method is required to finalize the booking of your scheduled appointment, which is completed via phone with our front desk reception staff. Boulder Sports Chiropractic charges 50% for late cancellations made within a 24 hour window prior to your scheduled appointment. If you no-show for your scheduled appointment time you will be automatically charged 100% of the out-of-pocket cost of your schedule visit, regardless of if you had originally planned to use your insurance benefits. Insurance does not reimburse for missed appointments.
