How do we know if injury is on the horizon? 



Feeling strong on the bike or running faster times does not tell you if an injury is about to pop up and ruin your plans. There can be inherent weakness or mobility issues that are lurking and waiting for the weekly volume or training load to exceed a threshold.

We have put together a group of 5 tests that you can do at home to help identify the most common injuries we see in runners and triathletes.



In the office, we can put you through a specific screen for your injury history and sport specific demands. The SFMA is a movement screening tool that is used in most professional sports to identify weakness and pain generators.
